Marygold Delivery wants each patient to be thrilled with their order. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we’re here to help. If your product is ruined or defective, reach out to us via phone or email and we’ll schedule a replacement right away.
In order for your product to be eligible for a return:** • The product must have been purchased within 14 days. • The product must be unusable or defective in some way. • The product must not be faulty or broken by misuse. • The returned product must be in new and unused condition.
**Returning Cartridges: All cartridges must be returned unused to the driver and credits will only be applied once driver can verify the cartridge is defective (drivers carry alcohol wipes and charged pen batteries). If cartridge works there will be no return. If cartridge is defective then you will receive a replacement or store credit once the product is verified defective and returned to our facility.
If your product or order is eligible for a return, we set up a replacement delivery if you’re in our same-day delivery area with your next order.
It is important that replaced products are returned to maintain your account’s good standing and eligibility to place future orders. In the unfortunate event that replaced products are not returned in a timely manner, we reserve the right to refuse service.
