Dosing Edibles

For me, nothing beats an edible. Its the "set it and forget it" way of medicating. The key to effective edible consumption is finding your dose. This process requires a few hours before bedtime. I like to advise setting aside 3 hours for this, starting with a 5mg dose. After an hour if you feel no effect, take another 5.mg dose. If you have little to no tolerance to edibles you should start to feel something after the 1st or 2nd  hour, but everybody's body chemistry is different so be patient until to reach the effect that works for you. Once you have you dose, you can continue that dose for much longer without needing to increase to compensate for tolerance.
